• Property Managers. This site allows communication and interaction between fellow residents as well as between residents and their property managers. Certain information must be shared with your Property Managers to allow basic functionality of the site. Property Managers will be able to view the personal information that you provide when you register, including your email address and/or other contact information. If you would not like to share this information with your Property Managers, you should not sign up for this service.
• Authorized service providers. We may share your personal information with our authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, delivering packages, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, supporting our website functionality, and supporting contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other features offered through our website. Please contact your property manager with any concerns you may have.
• At any time you can choose to no longer receive commercial or promotional e-mails or newsletters from us or to discontinue use of our service. When you register on our website, you will be given a choice as to whether you want to receive e-mail messages about special offers. You may modify your choice at any time by visiting the My Profile page, and changing your preferences. You also will be given the opportunity, in any commercial e-mail that we send to you, to opt-out of receiving such messages in the future. It may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request.
• We may send you other types of transactional and relationship e-mail communications, such as service announcements, administrative notices, and surveys, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
• We also allow users the option of changing information previously provided. This may be done through the My Profile page.
