Fitness Class with trainer Mike

Are you up for a challenge? or is exercise in your new year's resolution list? If you want to meet new neighbors, feel more active, and feel more fit, join us to the Fitness Class! This is a very fun class with bands, anaerobic, some pilates and yoga. Please check it out! We meet every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 PM next door to the Gym (where the sitting room is)
